What to expect:

Chef Robert Hartelman and his team will serve a refined five-course menu , prepared with ingredients sourced from their own vegetable and herb garden – fresh, seasonal, and carefully selected.

• A sparkling aperitif upon arrival at 6.00pm

• A paired drinks arrangement to accompany each course

• Coffee or tea with homemade friandises to finish

In case of unfavourable weather, the dinner will take place in the cosy private dining room , ensuring a delightful evening regardless of conditions.
