On Easter Sunday, Maria and Josef Steffner welcome an exceptional guest to their kitchen: Lukas Kienbauer, a 4-toque chef and Michelin star holder from Schärding, brings the flavours of Japan to the Lungau Mesnerhaus. The young exceptional chef has long made a name for himself at his restaurant Lukas Izakaya – with sushi, sashimi and omakase menus that delight. Now, for one evening, he is completely reinterpreting festive cuisine: no eggs, no lamb – instead, Japanese delicacies that surprise and enchant.
