On 24 and 25 September, Vega Sicilia takes centre stage at JRE restaurant FERA in Palma de Mallorca for a remarkable vertical tasting, bringing together selected vintages from one of Spain’s most renowned wineries.
An exceptional tasting spanning several decades of one of Spain’s most celebrated wineries
Beginning with the legendary Vega Sicilia Único 1970, the evening offers a rare opportunity to explore the evolution of Vega Sicilia through a carefully selected collection of mature and more recent vintages. Tasted side by side, each wine reveals how time, vintage and craftsmanship have shaped its distinctive character.
To accompany the wines, FERA presents a multi-course Wagyu Mudéjar tasting menu, created specifically to complement the different vintages. The pairing brings together two exceptional Spanish products in an experience centred around provenance, craftsmanship and time.
