Arcangelo Tinari is chef at restaurant Villa Maiella. He took his first steps as a cook in his family’s restaurant. After his culinary education, he worked in many top restaurants in France, Italy, Japan and Hong Kong. Back in Italy, he resumed his occupation at Villa Maiella, where he currently works as a chef. His outstanding regional Italian cuisine has been awarded a coveted Michelin star.
