Luigi Pomata is owner and chef of restaurant Luigi Pomata. After gaining culinary experiences in kitchens across Italy and the world, Luigi returned to his hometown in Sardinia and devoted himself to his family’s restaurant in Carloforte. His cuisine is a blend of traditional local Italian cuisine and innovative ideas. As the third generation to run this renovated gourmet establishment, chef Luigi excellently showcases his kitchen, blending Ligurian, Sardinian, and Arabic traditions.
