Welcome to the largest culinary event in the Netherlands! This year G&M organized a unique experience for all foodies in the country. During one weekend, 100 chefs come together to present their most tasty creations and share them with the public.
100 Chefs by Gault&Millau in The Netherlands
The "100 Chefs" event, a culinary experience, organized by Gault&Millau Netherlands in collaboration with Gall & Gall and Miele will take place at the Miele Experience Center in Vianen on Saturday, September 30 and Sunday, October 1. This weekend, 100 leading chefs from across the country will demonstrate their skills to an expected audience of 1,000 visitors per day. The event takes place between 12:00 PM and 6:00 PM and provides a unique opportunity for foodies to connect with some of the most respected professionals in the industry.
100 chefs from all corners of the Netherlands are asked to make 300 signature dishes in appetizer format on Saturday or Sunday. More than 18 kitchens have been set up in the Miele Experience, from which at least 15 chefs present a dish simultaneously. Three times a day, the kitchen crew is replaced by another chef/restaurant who will then also prepare and serve 300 appetizers. In 1 day you can taste a dish from 50 chefs and, if you have a passe-partout, for the entire weekend from 100 chefs. At the same time you have the opportunity to taste a selection from 25 wineries from Europe and the rest of the world.
