Alexander Ruhland is chef at restaurant Löwen. He knew he wanted to work in the kitchen at a young age and pursued it with dedication. After his culinary studies, Alexander trained under chef Christian Henze in Probstried and received an award for his outstanding skills. After this, Alexander joined several kitchens throughout the country, including restaurant Tantris, Schloss Lautrach, and restaurant Ederer. In 2011 Alexander took over the management of the family establishment restaurant Löwen from his mother Pia. We asked the chef some questions about his culinary inspiration, his favourite dish, and much more.
