Federico Beretta is owner and chef at restaurant Feel. At the Amerigo Vespucci Hotel Institute in Milan he studied to become a catering services technician. Together with his wife Elisa, Federico opened Feel restaurant in 2014 after 11 years of working in various kitchens throughout Lombardy and abroad. To tell the story of the seasons, the land, and the raw materials, chef Federico uses his energy and intuition throughout his cooking.
