Gaetano Trovato is chef at Ristorante Arnolfo. After his culinary education, Gaetano traveled to France and Switzerland to refine his cooking technique and learn about classic French cuisine. After this, he returned to Italy and opened his very own fine-dining establishment Arnolfo in 1982. At Arnolfo, the chef beautifully showcases his critically-acclaimed cuisine. He creates innovative signature specialties by utilizing the highest quality seasonal ingredients from the region.
