Right in the city heart of Šibenik, you’ll find Pelegrini. Much like its gastronomic heritage, the city itself dates back to the Roman period and has been influenced by the Venetians, the Ottoman Empire, and the French for centuries. So you can imagine there’s plenty to marvel at.  The restaurant itself is located inside a 700-year-old building, Villa Pelegrini-Tambača, alongside the Šibenik Cathedral (Cathedral of St. James) which is an impressive landmark and a UNESCO monument. From here, the Croatian coast is within convenient reach.
