Kevin Giliams

Restaurant L'Aigle d'Or initially belonged to René Giliams and his wife. In 1980, their sons Hervé and Jean-Louis took over this family establishment. And now, Hervé has passed the culinary torch on to his son: chef Kevin Giliams. By learning from two-Michelin-starred chef Fabrice Vulin, Kevin developed refined cooking skills. In addition, he trained at several Michelin-starred gourmet restaurants such as La Ferme de l'Hospital, La Chèvre d'Or, and The White Horse.

Just fifteen minutes from Paris lies Croissy-Beaubourg. In this charming town, you’ll find restaurant L'Aigle d'Or. Dating back to 1788, this historical location used to be a coaching inn where locals could wine and dine. In 1969, the family Giliams took over and continued this tradition. Now, three generations later, the kitchen is in hands of chef Kevin Giliams, who is the grandson of former owner Réne Giliams. As a guest, you’re personally welcomed by chef Kevin himself. The former barn has been beautifully renovated and now features an elegant dining room with pink walls and a chandelier. The ambiance feels warm, inviting and luxurious. And when the weather allows it, you can dine outdoors on the restaurant’s quiet and shaded terrace.
