In this idyllic commune in northeastern France, Logan opened his very own restaurant. In the charming building that used to house gastronomic restaurant le Petit Chantilly, the chef now pampers his guests with his creative take on contemporary French cuisine. Located adjacent to the François Mitterand Cultural Center, this “urban table” attracts gourmets and food connoisseurs from near and far.
