Their state-of-the-art B&B is an excellent example of his never-ending hunger for innovation and re-inventing the existing.

In the Belgian town of Lauwe hides a gastronomic gem: restaurant Culinair. This fine-dining location is run by owner and chef Steven Dehaeze and his spouse, sommelier Lisa Sibilla. Looking out over the lush, green garden, you can enjoy chef Steven’s innovative cooking skills from the terrace. During colder months, you can dine in the elegantly decorated dining room with light wooden floors, contemporary art, and blue accents. Thanks to the open kitchen and plasma TV which provides you with a live image from this cooking area, you can observe the chef in full action from each corner of the restaurant. If you’re not ready to leave after lunch or dinner, you can spend the night at the family’s extremely inviting B&B: an ultramodern white villa with a swimming pool and patio.
