JRE Chef David Heine will be onboard of the SH Diana ship from May 21st to June1st, 2025. Throughout this period, guests will have the pleasure of indulging in his signature dishes and a specially curated menu for a Gala Dinner. He will also host a cooking show and lead gastronomic excursions ashore, providing an opportunity to explore local culinary traditions and specialties.

With respect for the seasons, chef David Heine only works with fresh ingredients from the region. His terroir-based cuisine is aromatic and always features just the right amount of herbs. This results in ever-changing menus that simply never cease to surprise your senses. The chef’s specialties are complemented by La Fleur de Thym’s skilled sommelier, Olivia Sauvage. Needless to say, her carefully selected wines and wine recommendations will make for a truly unforgettable gastronomic experience.
