Rafael and Paulo met when they worked at The Fat Duck, and now join forces at Da Terra to serve Latin American inspired flavours with an Italian core. From São Paulo in Brazil with an Italian background, Rafael Cagali began his career in London. He moved to Italy to work under Chef Stefano Baiocco at A Villa Feltrinelli for three years.

Da Terra translates the cultural roots of chefs Rafael Cagali and Paulo Airaudo and amazes their guests with a bold original menu with tons of flavour and variety. The menus combine the flavours of Rafael's Brazilian and Italian roots with a modern European Cuisine. Da Terra offers two blind tasting menus, which are both guided by our chefs, who will present each dish. The complete dining experience lasts for an average of three unforgettable hours.
