Le Coriandre’s cuisine
Chef Damien Vanderhoeven serves classic dishes that are re-interpreted in a modern and creative way. Think of foie gras, lobster, beef and pigeon. His dishes are often flavoured with mild herbs, but not spicy. The chef and his team present new menus every six weeks. You can opt for a 3-course lunch menu and a 3- or 4-course dinner menu. To round off your culinary journey at Le Coriandre, there are delicious homemade desserts to choose from, as well as sommelier Agnès’ great selection of wines by the glass.

Brussels area
Restaurant Le Coriandre is located in Brussels, the capital city of Belgium. This bustling city offers an array of exciting sights, cultural landmarks, and architectural highlights. Popular destinations include the Grand Place with its 17th-century buildings, and the Atomium (also called “Brussels' Eiffel Tower”). If you’re a fan of architecture, the Horta Museum (dedicated to the works of architect Victor Horta) will surely make your heart beat faster. For art lovers, we recommend the Musée des Beaux-Arts d'Ixelles and the Musée Constantin Meunier.
