Authentic but non-traditional modern Japanese-Mediterranean cuisine, which means you can expect the unusual as well as handcrafted perfection. For starters, the "Chef's Menu" includes Gillardeau oysters with sour sake and apple. There are also noris stuffed with crispy seaweed, wagyu tartar, and caviar. Dim sums with shiitake mushrooms, sashimi, Iberian ham... these are just some of the delicacies on offer at Mallorca's new gastronomic hotspot, as well as a wide range of à la carte dishes.
