In June 2026, the team from Cimbru Author travelled to Grič in Slovenia, beginning a dialogue between two restaurants, two regions and two distinct culinary cultures. On 15 September, the story continues as Grič travels to Romania for the second chapter of this Four Hands Dinner.
For one evening, the two teams will cook side by side at Cimbru Author, bringing together Slovenian and Romanian/Transylvanian influences. Local ingredients and products from both countries will be interpreted through the perspectives of both kitchens, creating a menu shaped by exchange, collaboration and a shared connection to their respective regions.
A dinner that brings two countries together around the same table.
