Dedicated to the gastronomy of Zagreb County, the event brings together JRE chefs and sommeliers with local producers and winemakers. Throughout the afternoon, guests will explore the region through original dishes created with local ingredients, tastings, wines and direct encounters with the people behind the products. The experience concludes around a shared table with a four-course fine dining menu and wine pairing created by JRE chefs.

ŽETVA forms part of From Soil to Signature, a strategic project developed by the Zagreb County Tourist Board in collaboration with JRE-Croatia, with the support of the Croatian National Tourist Board. The project connects producers and hospitality professionals with the aim of strengthening Zagreb County’s contemporary gastronomic identity — from the origin of the product to the final guest experience.
