Alexander Wulf of Troyka and Luka Košir of Grič share a true JRE connection. Their culinary journey together began in Slovenia, when they first cooked side by side at Luka’s restaurant on Grič. Now, the story continues – as Luka joins Alexander in Troyka for a new chapter of creativity, friendship and flavour.

The experience
Both chefs will prepare three dishes, accompanied by a greeting from the kitchen, wines, and music that carries the evening forward. Luka Košir will bring the philosophy of his family-run restaurant Grič from Slovenia—deeply rooted in regional organic ingredients, many sourced from his own farm—into a dialogue with the creative energy of Aleksander from Troyka, a Russian chef living and working in Germany, who blends French culinary techniques with authentic Russian flavours as part of his heritage.
