On Thursday 17 September, JRE member The Dysart Petersham welcomes Lorenzo Tonelli of Isole e Olena for an evening exploring the wines of one of Tuscany’s most respected estates.

An evening with Isole e Olena at The Dysart Petersham
Together with Head Chef Kenneth Culhane and Managing Director Barny Taylor, Lorenzo will take guests through a selection of Isole e Olena wines, sharing the stories, vineyards and winemaking philosophy behind the estate.
For the evening, Kenneth has created a seasonal menu with each course paired to the wines of Isole e Olena. The journey includes the estate’s renowned Cepparello, alongside Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon and Vin Santo, with Charles Heidsieck Champagne to begin the evening.
