On 18 June 2026, Michelin-starred restaurant Quirat welcomes acclaimed chef Quique Casarrubias for an exceptional one-night-only collaboration. Together with Quirat's chef Víctor Torres, they will present an exclusive four-hands dining experience that celebrates the richness of Catalan and Mexican gastronomy through creativity, technique, and outstanding local ingredients.

Hosted at Quirat, located within the InterContinental Barcelona, this unique gastronomic evening will feature a specially crafted tasting menu created jointly by chefs Víctor Torres and Quique Casarrubias. Guests will enjoy a sequence of snacks, signature dishes, and desserts that showcase the culinary identities of both chefs while exploring the connections between Catalonia and Mexico.
The experience will be complemented by a carefully curated wine pairing developed in collaboration with Codorníu, enhancing each course and creating a memorable dining journey from start to finish.
