Chiel de Groot is owner and chef at restaurant Amused. Chiel discovered his passion for cooking when he was young. At the young age of 25, he was able to call himself a chef after finishing his culinary studies. As a result of his drive and his passion, he opened his own restaurant in 2017. At restaurant Amused, Chiel conjures up exquisite modern French cuisine. He strives to provide his guests with the best ambiance and food experience possible.
