Jochen Helfesrieder is chef at Storchen Restaurant Hotel. Here, together with his father and head chef Fritz, he prepares the most wonderful local delicacies. The foundation for any good kitchen is healthy and fresh ingredients, both chefs agree. Jochen received his culinary training at the Colombi Hotel Freiburg and then joined the kitchens of high-end restaurants throughout Switzerland and Germany, before arriving at restaurant Storchen.
