Siggi Tschurtschenthaler is the chef-owner of restaurant Adler in Fläsch, Switzerland. This picturesque town offers plenty of beautiful hiking and cycling trails along the snowy mountain tops. By the age of ten, Siggy was already helping his mother in the kitchen.
