JRE-Italia alongside Coppini Arte Olearia to celebrate 80 years of history

On 18 September, JRE-Italia’s chefs will join Coppini Arte Olearia for a special evening celebrating the company’s 80 years of history — a milestone that tells the story of a family and a company that have made extra virgin olive oil the heart of a culture rooted in passion, research and quality.

The event will take place at the evocative Museo Agorà Coppini Orsi, a space dedicated to preserving and sharing the history of the Coppini family and its company. Four JRE-Italia chefs will take part in the evening, each bringing their own interpretation of extra virgin olive oil and their personal culinary vision.

The dinner will be led by Alberto Basso, Chef of Ristorante Trequarti and President of JRE-Italia, together with Massimiliano Mascia, Chef of Ristorante San Domenico, Stefano Di Gennaro, Chef of Quintessenza, and Dario Guidi, Chef of Antica Osteria Magenes.

A dinner built around the encounter between oil, cuisine and territory, where each chef will bring their own approach to gastronomy, highlighting the distinctive characteristics of extra virgin olive oil through different dishes and interpretations.

For JRE-Italia, the evening represents an opportunity to stand alongside an Italian company that, for 80 years, has pursued a path combining tradition and innovation, sharing a vision in which quality is born from knowledge of the raw material, care in every aspect of the work, and the ability to evolve while remaining connected to one’s roots.
