Daniela is the two-time national champion of the title ‘Best Sommelier in Croatia’, and was also named the best sommelier in Central and Eastern Europe. Now, she’s also a columnist and writes about wine in some of Croatia’s most acclaimed magazines.
Offering her guests the ultimate food and wine experience, Daniela starts her day early with a visit to the local fishermen and fresh food market. She hand-picks all ingredients and products herself, so she can deliver only the very best that Croatia has to offer.
