Chef Sven Nijenhuis will take you on a journey through his world – from inspiration to the plate – offering a tasting experience of culinary creations that are more than just flavour. Expect an evening filled with personal stories, refined cuisine, and the unmistakable signature of the chef, all captured in a carefully curated all-in four-course menu .
The evening begins with a celebratory sparkling aperitif upon arrival, followed by four exquisite courses. Throughout the evening, you will enjoy paired wines or a non-alcoholic alternative , accompanied by still water at the table . The experience concludes with coffee or tea , served alongside homemade friandises .
