Kala is an oasis of pristine Dalmatian produce, much of it sourced from the restaurant’s own garden, where seasonal fruit, vegetables, and aromatic herbs are grown. This closeness to the land lends its cuisine a particular freshness and honesty. Ingredients are gently shaped by the masterful hand of the young and talented chef Dino Šeparović, whose dishes are deeply rooted in the flavours of Brač: restrained in expression, yet rich and expressive in taste.

The wine list is carefully curated to follow the kitchen naturally, with a strong focus on Dalmatian grape varieties and small-scale winemakers, complemented by a contemporary selection of labels that highlight the minerality, freshness, and character of the local terroir.
