Together with his father Nicolas, chef Lucas Ramstein showcases creative gourmet cuisine. Like the seasons, his contemporary dishes are ever-evolving. Nevertheless, you’ll find a few culinary nods to Provence, here and there. Restaurant Auberge Ramstein’s menu offers lovely dishes for fair prices. Expect options like venison terrine, partridge stuffed with porcini mushrooms, roasted doe hazelnuts with cranberries and cabbage. The chefs also prepare delicious desserts, such as fruits flambéed with kirsch. In addition, the extensive wine list holds over 250 references, including only the best wines in the hotel restaurant’s cellar.
