Delicious, colourful and sincere dishes are served directly from the kitchen to the dining room. At restaurant Le 21, the focus is on sharing a passion for excellent food. Chef Sylvain Belouin's cuisine carries his signature. Despite experimenting with modern culinary techniques, he keeps the authenticity of flavors intact in his cuisine, making use of only fresh produce of excellent quality. Specialties on the menu include the wild sea bass with hummus, coconut and shellfish juice with lime; and for those with a sweet tooth, the roasted figs with Cabernet, sangria sorbet, Montélimar nougat and orange. Each dish can be paired with a glass of wine from the extensive wine list, holding over 400 wonderful labels, carefully selected by sommelier Valérie Belouin. Good to know: vegetarian options are also available upon request.

Restaurant Le 21 is located in Pornic, a coastal town in the Loire-Atlantique region of western France. Birochère beach is a small sandy beach between the rocks where you will find the cozy Le 21 inn. Besides basking in the sun, the beach offers many activities like the casino, shore fishing, sailing, and golfing. Interesting sights in the area include the town’s old port, its historic castle and its gorgeous coastal path with breathtaking views of the ocean.
