New menu at Restaurant Aroma with Italian influences and Spring flavours

Chef Pasquale Carfora has created a new degustation menu that brings together his Italian roots and the rich flavours of Dutch seasonal ingredients. With spring on the horizon, he combines the hearty elements of winter cuisine with the fresh influences of the season in a unique menu.

One of the inspirations for this menu comes from his childhood in Sabaudia, where he often enjoyed an Aperol Spritz as an aperitif before dinner. He has transformed this memory into a surprising amuse: a frozen Aperol Spritz marshmallow, served with a liquid chocolate olive and Gaeta olives. This new menu celebrates the flavours of both Italy and the Netherlands in a modern, playful way.
