Four JRE Italy Chefs alongside the students of the Maggia Institute in Stresa for a gala dinner dedicated to education and supporting the school’s laboratory facilities.
Giorgio Bartolucci, Cristian Benvenuto, Fabio Mecchina and Federico Beretta will each sign a dish on the menu, guiding students through a moment of discussion and work in the Maggia kitchens. The boys and girls from the Enogastronomy, Dining Room and Sales, and Hospitality courses will in fact be involved in the preparation, service and management of the event, turning the evening into a true hands-on learning experience.
The initiative confirms the bond between JRE-Italia and the Maggia Institute, a historic point of reference for hospitality training, and also stems from a concrete objective: to support training and the purchase of new equipment for the school’s laboratories.
The dinner will take place at the Edu-Restaurant Le Leve, inside the Maggia Campus, starting at 7.30 pm.
