Restaurant Foša

Under the leadership of chef Damir Tomljanović, Foša develops a cuisine that blends the creative freshness of a young team with deep respect for traditional Croatian gastronomy. Tomljanović’s approach is rooted in Dalmatian cuisine and seasonal Mediterranean ingredients that, interpreted through contemporary techniques and precise flavours, result in dishes at once modern, authentic, and firmly anchored in the local identity.

Foša’s cuisine

Next to its à la carte dishes, the restaurant offers multiple degustation menus, multiple daily menus, as well as several Adriatic Sea specials. Think of Adriatic lobster, fresh shellfish, white fish, red scorpionfish, and the high-quality tuna that Zadar is known for. When it comes to wine, Foša’s selection contains over 120 brands, including some of the country’s finest wine labels from all wine regions in Croatia.

By the City Walls of Zadar

Restaurant Foša is located in a small port of the same name, right next to Zadar’s 16th-century city walls. With views of the sea and the old town, guests enjoy a distinctive atmosphere where the city’s past remains present. The mix of the port’s Dalmatian character and the lively rhythm of Zadar creates an inviting setting for a modern seafood experience.
