Situated in Barcelona’s Monument Hotel, restaurant Lasarte beautifully showcases the gastronomic vision of famous chef Martín Berasategui, who holds 10 Michelin stars. This fine-dining spot opened its doors in 2006 and earned 3 Michelin stars in 2017. Besides the excellent cuisine, diners can enjoy the modern, spacious and bright ambiance. The restaurant is elegantly decorated and offers two dining rooms: a main dining room with a semi-private room and a second private dining room, called the Chef's Table. The latter offers space for up to 8 people and is located in a loft over the kitchen. This loft is equipped with a glass wall that allows you to see how chef Paolo Casagrande’s culinary creations come to life.
