The main aim of Die Burg Restaurant is for guests to feel at home and enjoy the food that places an emphasis on local produce and classic German cuisine. All of the dishes at the restaurant reflect the diversity of local products, but often have a twist that is produced then these local products are combined with more exotic international flavours. Only the finest quality food finds its way into the kitchen and then onto your plate. Presentation is key at Die Burg and every plate is like a work of art, carefully displayed to highlight all of the ingredients that have been carefully selected for the perfect flavour combinations.
