Family-owned and operated farm Punta Campanella has been growing local fruits and vegetables for more than 30 years. Their “Zero Waste” program, enables them to recycle 95% of the waste generated in our hotel and restaurant. This resulted in a green Michelin star, for an outstanding sustainable accomplishment.
