Originally from Zierikzee, she brings a natural feeling for hospitality, ease and atmosphere, shaped further through experience at HMB Restaurant, Fred, Amarone, Bar Berta and FG. As maître, she guides the service with attention, warmth and a strong sense of timing, whether guests come for lunch, dinner, wine advice or a business occasion. Together with Justin, she brings the kitchen and dining room into one smooth, personal experience.
