Liset was always adamant on not joining the business right away as it just seemed a little too easy for her. Instead, she wanted to go her own way first.
"She carried jobs outside the hospitality industry to discover what suited her best, the commercial world or hospitality. Eventually, she discovered that her passion lies with hospitality. In 2017, her father planned major renovations and asked her if she would be interested in helping. At that point, Liset took over the management and never left.

Owned by Liset Bom, Cèpes is the restaurant of Hotel De Sterrenberg. During the recent renovations, the kitchen has been elevated in terms of food, wine, experience, and local aspects. Here, the kitchen team conjures up delicious dishes combining French cuisine with Asian and Mediterranean influences.
