Being a keen fisherman, chef Jürgen Vigné has a passion for the golden trout and other sorts of prize fish. The chef’s signature dish is radicchio ravioli with black truffle. But especially his seasonally-influenced soup collection is extremely popular among Pfefferschiff’s diners. The wine list includes major labels from Austria, as well as an extensive selection of foreign wines. The latter vary from German Riesling to an extraordinary collection of French labels.
