Chef Jeroen van der Steen and hostess Tiffany Lorist like to let their guests experience the beautiful Bonaire environment through the restaurant’s view, the food and drinks, but also the story behind it. This way, they create an extraordinary culinary experience. Trying Jeroen's special surprise menu is the best way to discover what he's capable of. Aside from local products, he finds inspiration from overseas products. The result is an appealing menu with delicate spices and flavours from all over the world. Next to this, there is a wide range of creative dishes featured on the extensive and comprehensive à la carte menu. Because certain products may not always be readily available on the island of Bonaire, the kitchen is faced with the challenge of finding the best products and combining them. Specialties on the menu include flan of foie gras with brioche, hazelnut, green apple and the famous deer saddle filet with matching garnish. All paired with excellent wines, carefully selected by hostess and sommelier Tiffany. Good to know: vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options are available upon request.
