Chef@Sea 2025: discovering croatian food and wine culture with JRE Chefs

A new edition of Chef@Sea 2025 to discover the food and wine culture of Croatia. For Italy, Chef Federico Beretta will be present

The Chef@Sea 2025 initiative is a unique project designed to combine the discovery of Croatia’s natural and culinary wonders with the sharing of gastronomic knowledge and cultures. This ambitious program is sponsored by the Croatian National Tourist Board, a long-standing partner of JRE-Croatia.

Chef@Sea is much more than just a trip; it is a true experience dedicated to exploring the stunning Croatian territory, its sea, and its distinctive food and wine traditions. The main goal is to promote the exchange of knowledge, skills, and culinary cultures among industry professionals.

For the 2025 edition, Chef Federico Beretta, owner of Ristorante Feel, was selected to represent JRE-Italia. His participation included an exceptional hospitality experience on the island of Pag. Chef Beretta was hosted by Chef Matija Bregeš of the renowned Boškinac restaurant, who guided him in discovering the island’s unique qualities.

This collaboration highlights the spirit of exchange and deepening that Chef@Sea aims to promote, showcasing Croatian gastronomic and territorial excellence through the eyes and expertise of international chefs.
