As maître-sommelier and co-owner, Michelle Leone leads the front of house at Éclusier and shapes the wine list in step with the kitchen. Her selection leans towards the classic regions, with many French wines, supported by a handful of well-chosen bottles from the New World. The list grows and shifts over time, so pairings can stay close to the current menu. Michelle’s style at the table is open and relaxed. She enjoys translating a guest’s taste into a glass that lifts, rather than dominates, the dish.
