This year marks a special milestone for Spetters: the restaurant celebrates its 15th anniversary. Fifteen years of growth, meaningful encounters, refined service and, above all, a deep passion for gastronomy by the sea.

What once began as a dream of JRE-chef Laurent Smallegange has, thanks to the team and its guests, grown into a place where quality and experience are pursued every single day. This milestone will certainly not go unnoticed: throughout the year, there will be both intimate and larger moments to celebrate together.

The celebration begins with the 15 Years Anniversary Selection Menu: a complete culinary experience featuring refined flavours from sea and land, carefully paired with selected wines. A special midweek experience, created to turn an ordinary day into something festive.

The menu starts with a glass of bubbles and amuse-bouches, followed by an ode to the shrimp fisherman. For each course, guests may choose from several dishes, including sea bass crudo, smoked eel, langoustine, scallop XO, and main courses such as sea bass, turbot (supplement) or veal. The experience concludes with a dessert or a selection of aged cheeses (supplement).

Practical information

  • Period: 18 February until 4 April 2026

  • Available: Wednesday, Thursday and Friday (lunch and dinner)

  • Menu (all-in): glass of bubbles & amuse-bouches, ode to the shrimp fisherman, selection menu, 2 glasses of wine, table water, coffee or tea.
    Please note: the menu cannot be modified. Additional dishes or beverages will be charged separately.
