Cœur D'Artichaut Unplugged - Fine dining without electricity

From Wednesday, June 11th to Saturday, June 14th, Coeur D’artichaut moves its entire restaurant operation to Hof Vincke near Iberico Westfalia – home to the renowned Ibérico pig farm.

Guests are welcomed at two long, beautifully set tables inside a semi-open barn, while the team prepares a six-course menu outdoors, without the use of electricity. Various grills and a thoughtfully designed outdoor kitchen surround the barn, where everything is cooked by firelight.

Torches, candlelight, and fire bowls create a truly magical atmosphere. After dinner, guests gather around the open fire to roast marshmallows – a relaxed, cozy finale and the perfect setting for conversation and connection.

Due to overwhelming enthusiasm in previous editions, the experience returns once again in 2025.
