JRE-Jeunes Restaurateurs and Pastificio dei Campi are celebrating 11 years of partnership with an exciting new initiative: the PASTA e BASTA! project. This exclusive project highlights the quality, authentic flavors, and perfect taste of artisanal pasta through regional recipes rooted in Italian tradition.

The Project

We invite chefs to showcase their culinary creativity by crafting an authentic PASTA! dish that embodies both their identity and regional influences. Each participating chef will receive a randomly selected pasta shape from Pastificio dei Campi, serving as the foundation for a delicious and original creation.

The Recipe

Each dish will reflect the chef’s personal style and regional heritage while adhering to the project’s core principles:

• The dish must showcase the pasta and at least one local ingredient.

• The recipe should be simple, making it accessible for home cooks.

• Preparation must require only basic kitchen utensils.

With this campaign, JRE and Pastificio dei Campi reaffirm their commitment to celebrating authentic, high-quality ingredients while inspiring a new appreciation for traditional yet innovative pasta dishes.
