At an early age, Thomas Huber joined the family business and has been cooking for guests for over 30 years. It is always his joy to come up with creative and innovative ideas without forgetting the classic Krone dishes. In order to attract both new customers and long-term regulars, chef Huber’schallenge is to build a sense of tradition. He does this by incorporating both modern and traditional elements. At hotel restaurant Krone Sihlbrugg, Thomas is aided by sommelier Monika Jans, who has been at his side for 14 years.
