Mathieu & Noémie Courrier

The chef and his partner both come from Alsace and have lived in Switzerland for over 10 years, first in the Geneva countryside and then in the Broye at Aumont, until early 2023. They took over the Auberge de la Couronne in June 2023. Mathieu is a committed chef, with his own kitchen garden where flowers, fruit and vegetables grow with the seasons, working exclusively with local artisans.
