This establishment is in the hands of the Moscardi family. In the kitchen, chef Nadia Moscardi shares the stove with her sister Vilma and mother Elodia. Working with modern techniques and authentic ingredients, the chef prepares superb Abruzzese specialties. The restaurant’s inviting dining room has an elegant and contemporary décor. It features a fireplace and floor-to-ceiling windows which offer a great vista of the surrounding park. If the weather allows it, you can sit down on the spacious terrace, for a quiet alfresco meal.

A favourite dish on the menu is the spaghettino all’amatriciana bianca with cardoncelli mushrooms. Being pleasantly priced, chef Nadia’s kitchen was awarded a Bib Gourmand by the prestigious Michelin Guide – for its excellent price-pleasure ratio.
