At “Eiflers Zeiten”, traditional home-style cuisine meets refined fine dining – ensuring that every guest finds something to enjoy. Whether rooted in classic traditions or interpreted with a modern touch, regional quality and creative finesse come together to create a harmonious culinary experience. In addition to the inn-style menu, guests can enjoy a gourmet menu of up to six courses. All dishes can be ordered as part of the menu or flexibly à la carte. Upon request, the menu can be accompanied by a carefully selected wine pairing. One of the house’s culinary signatures is the “Cigar”, a special creation that repeatedly delights guests. Good to know: vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free dishes are naturally also available on the menu.
